Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has lots of hay with a bit of bread, some straw and a bit of sweetness coming through. Flavor has straw throughout with hay and a hint of dryness in the finish.

On tap at The Cactus Club. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has bright citrus and grass with a touch of pine and some bread backing. Flavor has earthy grass and citrus with some sweet grains and a bit of pine in the finish.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear crisp gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy pine and grass with some grains and light rind underlying. Flavor has slightly floral grass and light pine with a bit of sweet grain backing.
