Aftertaste: quite the chilli burn, sugary, caramel, muscovado sugar, molasses, some maple syrup, cinnamon, some chocolate, more pumpkin spices, nice one!

Aroma: nice, very spicy, rich, good roast, lots of dark chocolate, a little oxidized, earthy, tobacco, a hint of campfire, coffee, charcoal, very deep smell! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit sourish, malty, gentle roast, pretty light given the abv, a bit spicy, bitter roast, dry. Aftertaste: some coffee, roasted, soft acidity, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, nice, cocoa powder, a little sweet, caramel notes, a bitter touch, a bit oxidized, a hint of cinnamon, nice!

Aroma: oh my, yeast, very dank, very juicy, some tropical fruits, some marijuana, some orange peel, papaya, lovely! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, lots of tropical fruits, juicy, grapefruit, good bitterness, zesty, a bit grassy, nice! Aftertaste: dry, bitter, grassy, citrus, grapefruit, hoppy finish, a bit dank, very nice!

Taste: nice, sweet start, lots of alcohol, good roast, lots of caramel, some cinnamon, chocolate, very pleasant. Aftertaste: more alcohol, good roast, caramel, vanilla, bourbon, nice stuff, a bit sourish, a little malty, grains, gentle roast in the finish.

Cloudy bright yellow to light beige beer, small creamy yellowish to off-white head, unstable, falls down quickly, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, tropical fruits, juicy, citrus, piny, a bit dank, lovely! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, some tropical fruits, juicy, quite some citrus, grapefruit, a bitter touch. Aftertaste: more citrus, grassy, a little herbal, hint of tropical fruits, juicy, a little malty, sweet touch, some mango, lovely dank hops, some diesel, bitter finish. Very nice one. And that’s why you always see the same names popping up again and again. Together with Piggy, Mont Salève and Popihn, Fauve is definitely among the best breweries in France!

Clear deep orange beer, small creamy dense broken white to light beige head, pretty stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: very malty up front, caramel malts, a bit cheesy, slightly sweet impression, a little funky. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very malty start, soapy kind of bitterness, a bit floral, fruity touch, a bit sweet, ok. Aftertaste: malty, a bit sweet, cheesy notes, soapy bitterness, a bit floral, meh. Not a big fan.
