Clear pale yellow beer, big slightly irregular white head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: sulphur, some citrus, yeasty, CO2, hay, some barnyard, a little herbal, a hint of citrus, more sulphur. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: a bit sourish up front, slightly lemony, more of that sulphur, pretty bitter, a little medicinal, almost metallic touch, grassy notes. Aftertaste: more lemony, a soft acidity with some bitter herbal notes, some arrowroot, sulphur again, metallic finish, not very good alas.

Clear copper orange beer, big solid creamy off-white to yellowish head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, wort, grains, a little metallic, cow fodder, sugary sweet impression. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very malty start, grains, floral, pretty soapy, bitter, rather unpleasant, some oranges. Aftertaste: soapy bitterness, a bit malty, grains, floral again, some coriander, a little yeasty, unpleasant bitterness in the finish.

Clear dark brown to black beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, falls down quickly, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: sweet impression, lots of chocolate, vanilla, huge tonka notes, some caramel, a bit of alcohol is noticable. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: lovely, caramel, vanilla, chocolate, tonka notes, pretty sweet but with a good roast underneath, some salted caramel, bitter touch. Aftertaste: sweet, caramel, a bit sugary, more tonka beans, a bit malty, chocolate, gentle roast, bitter touch, vanilla in the finish.

Clear dark brown beer, big aery beige head, unstable, non adhesive, crackles down to a small creamy beige layer, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: gentle roast, a bit floral, CO2, black liquorice, a hint of caramel, some mocha notes, earthy touch. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sweet start, caramel, mocha, sugary, some liquorish, gentle roast, soft bitterness, slightly soapy. Aftertaste: a little watery, malty, some dried fruits, raisins, dates, caramel, chocolate, pretty sugary, a hint of vanilla, mocha, soft bitterness in the finish.

Pretty cloudy beige blond beer, small creamy very irregular white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, juicy, sweet ripe tropical fruits, mango, some lychee, very pleasant! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity, lots of oranges, orange peels, lots of sweet mango, good bitterness. Aftertaste: a little medicinal, very fruity, sweet, juicy, tropical fruits, mango, a bit resinous, dank hops, orange peel, nice one!
