Malty rice, soy and alcohol aroma. Yellow tinged water appearance. Light plum and rice malt flavor with a soy sauce and alcohol burn finish. The flavor is much better than the aroma would lead you to believe.

Walnut, rice malt and soy aroma with hint of flowers. Light yellow color. Initially buttery flavor with rice malt coming in next and finishing with an alcohol burn. Not too complex but smooth and pleasing

Strong soy sauce and rice aroma - only slight hint of raspberry. Very light yellow color. Light smooth tasting and long lasting raspberry and rice flavor with moderate alcohol and soy sauce finish. Not at all what I expected - infusion only imparts a very light fruit flavor not unlike a traditional fruit lambic the way the fruit come out in drinking.

Dark brown with giant light brown head. Cinnamon, nutmeg, chocolate malt, and hay aroma. Lightly sweet cinnamon, chocolate malt, and mildly bitter dry hay flavor. Light body.
