Strong cedar aroma with hint of rice and soy. Really not much to rate on the appearance - crystal clear. Slightly sweet rice and cedar flavor with a mild alcohol finish. Very nice - love the cedar,

Soy sauce and plum/melon aroma. Clear water appearance with just a tint of yellow. Initial flavor a light melon followed by a dry soy sauce flavor. Tasty and quite enjoyable.|9/23/2008

Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 9 | Overall - 7.5
Intense nose - rice, soy sauce, pine, wood. Yellow tinged water appearance. Sugar sweetness hits you immediately and last throughout with grainy rice light soy pine and mild alcohol burn coming in later. Woody flavor last long after swallowing. A very enjoyable drink - like it more than I would have thought.
