Pretty much opposite La Baradoz. Unfortunately closed, probably due to it being Armistice Day, but seems a smaller place with lots of craft cans in the window suggesting a take-away option and an emphasis on local Ile de France breweries.

75cl bottle. Pours misty murky yellow. Chalky, cheesy tone with a sharp tang, milky sour edge with fine carbonation.. decent.

Draught @ Thiriez Hop Fest 2025. First beer of the day and it's a cracker. Pours a hazed deep dark brown, off-white head. Aroma is smokey, spicy with some suggestive heat. Great chili kick on initial sip, with settled smoky undertones emerging. Nice.

Draught @ Thiriez Hop Fest 2025. Pours a misty golden yellow, white head. Aroma presents vibrant juicy exotic hop fruit. Great soothing exotics to taste, light bitter tickle to finish. Lovely haze.
