330ml can. Poured almost black in colour with a short-lived frothy tan head. The aroma is peaty, roasty. The flavour is over moderate liquorice bitter, with a dry, peaty, oaky, warm boozy liquorice bitter palate. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation. A quality beer for the price paid. I’d drink this again.

The flavour is over moderate sweet, with a smooth, milky, sugary, chocolate, light liquorice bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. Too sweet to be sessionable.
