Zlotta Profile - Brewver (Dev)

0.355 l bottle from 'Beyond Beer', bottled in April 2025. Almost clear, orangeish amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, fairly resiny, gently fruity aroma of lots of pine, tobacco, grapefruit and mango. Quite sweet, gently bitter, very resiny and gently fruity taste of massive pine, grapefruit, tobacco, orange jam, mango and orange liqueur, followed by a long, quite bitter, gently boozy finish. Full body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Heavy stuff, but I really dig it, same procedure as every year.

Sweetish, quite fruity and slightly dank aroma of passion fruit, mango and pineapple. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, quite fruity and a bit dank taste of mango, passion fruit, pineapple and some grains, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent.

Sweetish, quite fruity-resiny aroma of orange jam, mango, some grapefruit and a touch of pine. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, quite fruity-resiny taste of orange jam, mango, black tea, some pine and light grapefruit, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Solid IPA.

0.44 l can from 'DeBiersalon.nl', best before April 2026. Hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, rather fruity-floral and a little dank aroma of passion fruit, pineapple, some lemon peel and traces of green peppers. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, quite fruity-floral and minimally dank taste of passion fruit, pineapple, some lemon peel and hints of green pepper, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice one, very easy to drink.

Sweetish, gently fruity-floral and slightly herbal aroma of lemon balm, grapefruit and light honey. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, quite herbal and gently fruity-floral taste of lemon balm, juniper, grapefruit and some honey, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pleasant one, but quite on the herbal side.
