The next beer might even be better. B.C."H." = British Cask "Head" - to be perceived as some disparate lonely looking bubbles, uncertain of their CO² content, and because of their scarcity, of undefinable colour. UFO's: Unspeakable Floating Obscenities MF: NO, that isn't it. That's mouthfeel, in civilized countries. I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Draught Huge, yellow, dense head over bit Grünstich-yellow beer. Dry grainstalks & kernels, over classic C-hop aroma's. Dry grains & ditto hops; really so dry it makes one thirsty; intense hopflavours, yet balanced. Resin, citrus. Medium bodied, slick to viscous, good carbonation. Quite meritorious West Coast interpretation (though I would avoid abreviate it to WC). But where is it brewed?

Draught Good yellow head, lasting and lacey, over fully brown apricotyellow beer. Pure apricots in the nose, fruitmash, lactic acid, fruitacids. Sourish, less obvious (if still) apricot, lactic acids. Balance between beer and fruit is quite good. Again one that is mainly fruit-filled as MF. Quite deserving!

Draught Huge yellow head over dirty amber beer. Wood, bit of milkchocolate, branches with leaves. Cherries (that are not obvious in the nose) with a fine, sourish lining. Wood, brown dry chocolate, casks. Quite thick feeling, way more than lambic would be. It's a try-out, the brewer tells me, I told him that it is excellent, but that it has little from lambic, but all the more from a cherry Oud Bruin, say Liefmans sour cherry.

Draught Small tan rim over virtually black beer, still. Intense whisky/Bourbon nose with blackberries & raisins. Sweet, alcohol & fusels, roast, liquorice, booze, raisins, portwine. Full alcoholheat, fiery, oily feel, viscous. Very good indeed.

Draught Shortlived, light-pink head over deep red beer. Raspberry, moderate if unmistakably natural. Lactic acid, lactose. Fresh raspberries, intense, ultra-dry and tart. Other fruitaromas, but I wouldn't have identified blackcurrant. Light, txs to acidthinning and -burn; fruitslickness. Really excellent non-lambic fruitsour.

Draught Frothy yellowish-white head over fully muddy yellow beer. Aromatic, almost perfumey-soapy nose, lime and exotic citrus. Mushrooms, asafoetida, citruspeel. Finish duller-bitterish. Slick, hopoily, medium to good carbonation. Not their worst!

Draught Very even, ultra dense white head, utterly regular over hazy pale yellow beer. Mineral, not-quite-salty, coriander obvious. Smells a tad as if wild yeasts, rather than lactobacillus have been active. Citrus, lactic acid, dry finish, modelled by the coriander. Hints at lactose too, if mineral again. Creamy, light body, low carbonation (I suspect nitrokeg). There's better Gose.

Draught Huge, yellowish head, stable, over hazey orangey-golden beer. Very fresh leafy hops, many hints of pale malts and summer grains. Sweet maltbomb with a slightly bitterish finish, short of being hoppy. Light body, creamy feel from the indestructable head, bit slick. Nose just screams "Drink me!" The classic 12° for Alice.

Draught Nice dense & white head over cold hazed golden beer. Sweet malts with some exotic hops - Nelson Sauvin+Cascade+Simcoe - can't be mistaken. Iniviting, bit there is just a bit of cattyness. Pineapple ester. Sweet - I thought "less sugars"? Actually pretty sugary - the hops are way less consistent than in the nose. Bit it remains rather dry, when combined with food. Still quite light despite being their strongest available. Decent, but it could have been a lot more with the given specifications.
