I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

White bubbles' rim over hazy golden-orange beer. Caramel, different malts, honey-ish. Again the above in the mouth with a bit more honey. Some dull, bready notes, ending indifferent. Light body, quite slick. Not empty, but there's not much going on. Oh well. Exotic.

Draught Clear copper beer, with a good white head. Decaying wood, rainwater, dried red fruit. Again red fruit, some very lightly toasted grains and a drier, almost hoppy finish. Medium bodied (quite good fro only 4.8%), slick, lasting flavours. Not too bad. If certainly not revolutionary.

Small white rim over veiled amber-ruby beer. Extremely vinous nose, red fruit, Calvados, spoiled wind, fruitcake, preserved cherries. Vinous, dried red fruit, omelette, wood, winebarrels, white bread. Medium bodied with light alcoholthinning and light alcoholheat; adequate carbonation. Vinous beer, forceful if not exceptional.

Draught Huge off-white head, very stable & lacey over fully hazy orangey yellow beer. Citrus, but also something as fried bun. Lemonbalm, limeleaf. Sweet-fruity, almost as white grapejuice - almost. But sweet, again something as faintly heated kernels. Medium bodied; slick; well-carbonated. In the end, nice. The name probably refers probably to something else, but the flavourprofile is not completely off. Would go great with a slightly salty snack.

Draught Orangey-copper beer under a slowly dwindling yellowish cream head. Nice hoppy nose, citrus, but also resin, limeleaf. Citrus, banana, resin again. Some toast, wholemeal. Very clean MF, medium carbonation. Nice!

Draught Very good cream-coloured head over clear amber beer. Sweet, quite bready, undergrowth, branches with moss. Dry-ish with some restsugars in the finish. Again undergrowth, half-dried wood, cereal, breadcrust. Light to medium bodied, very gristslick. Nice, convincing in style.
