Impressive place close to Omnipollos hat, Akkurat, and Oliver Twist, with 40+ taps and some bottle pours. Really good selection, with plenty of ambitious styles from Swedish breweries and many from abroad. Very homey, comfortable interior, and excellent, friendly service. Prices are typical Swedish prices (read: insane). Don't miss this place when in Stockholm.

Bottle pour at Omnipollos hatt, pours a clear golden orange, no head. Aroma is intense, with huge rum barrels, huge strawberries, and some honey nectar beneath it all. Flavour is absurdly intense and yet somehow elegant, with huge rum barrels, intense strawberries, and plenty of honey underneath. This sounds like a potential disaster on paper but count on Marlobobo to nail something like this. Impressive.

On tap at Omnipollos hatt, pours black, almost no head. Aroma is full of intense vanilla, bourbon barrels, and some dark sugars. Flavour is full of a ridiculous amount of vanilla, gentle bourbon, and more vanilla—almost to the point of vanilla overboard. It’s good but not amazing, especially for the price (187 SEK for 15cl!!).

On tap at Omnipollos hatt, pours a cloudy, filthy dark pinkish red with a small beige head. Aroma has plenty of raspberry, moderate sweetness, and lactose. Flavour is tart, with tart raspberry pie, lactose-like sweetness, and moderate sweetness. Tart and fruity, but lacking depth and complexity. Alright.

On tap at Omnipollos hatt, pours an opaque milky yellow with a small white head. Aroma is pithy and hopburny, with lots of pithy mango, hopburn, chalk, ugh. Flavour is full of chalk, with pithy mango, hopburn galore, and more gritty chalk. What an abomination. This is the usual garbagey, low-quality hazy. Shitty.

Bottle pour at Stigbergets Fot, pours a dark red with no head. Aroma has rich raspberry, blossom honey, and gentle floral notes. Flavour is very complex, with intense raspberry, floral raspberry notes, and treacly honey. Wonderful raspberry character without being brutal at all. Lovely.
