Biruski Profile - Brewver (Dev)

A touch cloudy orange with a white head. Big candied tropical fruits, pine, sweet caramel malts, a bit of pale malts. Finish is bitter and sweet malt with more tropical notes. Medium bodied. Feels like an old school DIPA malt profile with modern hops. I can dig this one.

Black with a beige head. Big vanilla over roasted malts, coconut, caramel, chocolate cake, a hint of wood. Full, creamy body, The finish is also intensely sweet with loads of vanilla and coconut over some chocolate. The rum is lost entirely though a very slight oak note does come through. Just way too sweet but otherwise it’s fine.

Clear golden with a white head. Dank up front with candied tropical fruits underneath. Medium bodied. Finish is dank with pale malt. Solid.

Golden copper with a white head. Grassy, bread dough, toasted malts, a bit of citrus zest, light caramel notes. Medium bodied. Finish has grass and bread and a noticeable pep to it while lightly dry. This is supremely drinkable and highly enjoyable.

Black with a firm beige head. Roasted malts, sweet malt, a bit of bright fruits, nutty, light vanilla. Full, creamy body. Finish has roasted notes and earthy while being bitter and dry. Very enjoyable.

Very deep brown with a small beige head. This definitely feels on the thinner and lighter side of a Baltic Porter. Has some dark malts a little bit of chocolate some caramel. Light earthy in the finish. Along with some sweetness. Medium body. It’s OK, but not what you expect from Baltic.
