Very dark brown with a thin, fizzy beige head that dissipates quickly. Loads of vanilla, dark berries, nougat, chocolate, dark malts, toffee, molasses. Body is oily and medium thick. Finish is very sweet with more nougat and vanilla. The rum is lost among the other notes. Medicinal.

Black with a beige head. Roasted malts, burnt malts, cocoa powder, light sweet berries, a hint of caramel malt. Medium bodied. Finish has a burnt and roasted profile that is mostly dry and bitter. Bold profile throughout. A very solid stout.

Orange with a white head. Sweet malts, garlic, green onion, a bit of dank. Medium bodied. Finish has more green onion. Ah, I’m not a fan of the onion and garlic profile in an IPA. So this is a hard pass for me.
