jhaase Profile - Brewver (Dev)

Wonderful little Biergarten overlooking Freiburg to one side and the eastern Dreisam valley to the other side. Slightly pricey but the view and atmosphere makes up for it. The place is at the same height as the Schwabentor next door, but there is a elevator which takes you up most of the way.

Tap at the Ganter Biergarten, downtown Freiburg. Cloudy golden, white cream. Soft creamy, pleasant fruitiness, good bitter counterpoint, grassy, light flowery, very pleasant in the summer heat next to the river.

Can from Walther Mai. Cloudy to milky golden, low white head. Spritzy pineapple, dragonfruit lemongrass nose, medium body, dry, chewy. Nice fruity hops, good balance to the aromatic bitter finish.Very pleasant drink.

Wee cow can. Cloudy golden, golden/tan cream. Peach, citrus, tropical druit icecream aromatics. Medium full creamy body, dessert creme, good hit of fruit rind bitterness, grass, pine. Feels like a marriage of east and classic west coast IPA. Quite nice.
