Medium chestnut color. No head, amazing nose, caramel, milk chocolate, cherries, light oak, and light whiskey character. Malty sweet, rich, excellent barrel. Super smooth. Slightly boozy. Omg I love this

Big barrel tons of whiskey, burnt raisins, prunes, brown sugar, stewed apricots. Very full body. The cognac character is so well pronounced. Super full body and warming. Perfectly integrated. Amazing depth. One of the best Japanese beers I’ve had
