Strawberry jam, honey, apricots, farmhouse, a touch of oxidization, leather in the nose which is amazing. The palate is a bit lifeless. Modestly sour. This is over the hill, but still amazing nose

Deep golden color. Grassy and more fruit than regular Saaz with big bitterness. Fairly yeast. Super clean and well balanced. Very quaffable. Brilliant
