Light golden white color. Upfront oak and peaches, white wine, slightly herbal.funky yeast, light dry palate great balance and depth. Firm carbonation. Superb. Warm finish. Didn’t look at Abv but must be higher than the palate would lead me to be.

Inky purple color. Lovely bourbon cherries Ont he nose that has an excellent balance of sweet and tart. Nice cherry depth not a lot of oak but super fun. The cherries and bourbon last forever.

Pitch black color. Massive nuttiness, sweet liquid chocolate cake, Burboun, raisins, plums, low carbonation , smooth boozy fairly sweet. Palate tastes like liquid chocolate cake in bourbon. This is fuckin unreal.

Lots of stone fruit and citrus’s low medium carbonation and bitterness. Slightly heavy body, but it’s rough around the edges . Has potential, but at 1300 yen I’ll focus on other breweries
