Superficial sample from Billie’s craft beer fest 2025. Nice, deep red body, small head. Acidic cherry, lemon, lots of wood, mild funk. All over quite smooth.

Bottle, 75cl, at Billie's Craft Beer Festival. Cherry, lemon and funk. Vinegar and generic acidicty, and a cherry driven finish. Not much bourbon going on, and I do not appreciated the vinegar touch, but still a nice brew. 747416 251107

Intense jammy cherries, hints of sweetish vanilla oakiness, not much bourbon notes. Quite sour and jammy.

Inky purple color. Lovely bourbon cherries Ont he nose that has an excellent balance of sweet and tart. Nice cherry depth not a lot of oak but super fun. The cherries and bourbon last forever.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours a cloudy dark red with a pink head. Aroma has rich dark cherry pith, gentle bourbon, and subtle funk. Flavour is somewhat acidic, with bourbon, tart cherries, and gentle funk. Cohesive despite the acidity. Very good.

MBCC 2025, Yellow Session. A clear pinkish red colour. Aroma of tart red berries, grapes, funk. Taste of funk, sour red grapes, apples, vineous finish.
