Leighton Profile - Brewver (Dev)

Good stuff, sweet but not cloying, bit of ash, mild salinity, burnt earth, leathery fruits, moderate dry roast. Not a ton of depth but it’s tasty and drinkable for the ABV.

Enjoyable brew. Juicy hops, some citrus, some tropical vibes. Low bitterness. A little pale bread, perhaps a few oats. Soft dank notes. Sweet and creamy. Very drinkable.

Super dry. Pours like a champagne - big fizzy head that fades. Lots of musty dryness, granny smith, bitter skins, some grass, earth, mild acidity, mild funk. Spritzy and cleansing. Quite a pleasant drink.

Very clean, dry and crispy. Nice pale biscuits, soft husky bitterness. Pale grain. Dirty hay. Good balance. Very drinkable.
