Fergus Profile - Brewver

Bladder at two trees micro watford. A mostly clear mid gold coloured pour with no head. Aroma is semi sweet fresh crisp apple, wood, some white sugars, light tang. Flavour is composed of crisp, woody tannin, dryish, barrel staves, woody apple, earth, bark. Palate is semi dry, some tannin, near still, gentle carbonation. Good stuff.

Tap at two trees watford. A thicc creamy orange gold coloured pour with a lasting creany off white head. Aroma is nice medium dank, green mango, smooth slick oats, creamy, papaya. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, smooth creamy wheat and slick rolled oats,medium dank, light onion, green mango. Palate is rounded. Creamy, full, moderate carbonation. Good shit.

Cask at two trees watford. A light hazed orange coloured pour with a lasting loose white head. Aroma is grassy, veg matter, nutty malts, bready. Flavour is composed of earthy grains, hay, grassy bitter hop. Assertive back of the throat bitterness. Palate is semi sweet, good cask condition. Not a lot to this one. Hops are a bit muddled.

Tap at mad Squirrel watford. A light hazed pale yellow straw coloured pour with a fading white head. Aroma is nice Sabro hop, grape jelly, lime, zesty. Light tang. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, loose flaked wheat, gently citrus sour, lime zest, nice Sabro vibes, white grape. Palate is semi sweet, flaked wheat, gentle tang, moderate fine carbonation. Nice shurbet finish.

Cask at the moon under water Watford Jdw. A mostly clear copper brown coloured pour with a creamy magnolia head. Aroma is light tangy, dark malts, liquorice, tangy green apple, toffee apple, dusty grain store. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, layered rustic malts, brown bread, liquorice, black sugars, bitter roast. Palate is semi sweet, light tang, mellow cask condition, decent.

Aroma is big weedy danky hops, soft wheat, orange rind, pencil shavings, Flavour is composed of dank weedy hops, pencil shavings bark, green dank oily hops. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, parafin, moderate carbonation. Pretty good.

Can at home picked up from Fuss Clube. A hazed pale golden yellow coloured pour with a sticky white head. Aroma is nice nelson sauvin, white grape, soft wheat, waxy citrus, kiwi. Flavour is composed of dry flaked grains, flaked wheat, dry white grape, mineral, mineral, spicy finish. Palate is drying, mineral, flaked grains, highish carbonation. Little abrasive and dry. Good.
