Tap at 73 Enid Street. A light hazed bright yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is nice big clove, spicy, light wheat, orange rind, nice spicy Belgian yeast. Flavour is composed of light wheat, flaked grains, spicy clove, orange rind, drying mineral finish. Palate is semi sweet z and crisp, spicy, highish carbonation. Good wit beir character.

Tap at the brewery taproom bermondsey. A hazed pale yellow straw coloured pour with a nice white froth. Aroma is nice soft wheat, tangerine, floral citrus, Bubblegum, pear,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet rustic grains, straw, lemon rind mineral, grapefruit. Assertive hop bitterness. Palate is soft, flaky grains, wheat, moderate carbonation.

Tap at the brewery taproom bermondsey. A mostly clear golden yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is semi sweet, white apple, petal light wheat, light stone fruit, light grains. Flavour is composed of semi crisp, light bready grains, white grape, apple, super crisp, floral notes, lingering grass. Npalate is crisp, light grains, drying finish.

Aroma is rustic cereals, straw, grass, green apple, Flavour is composed of crisp light cereals, hay, light tang, some rusty penny, wet grass, grain tannin. Palate is light, crisp, highish spritzy carbonation. Drinks well.

Bottle at home picked up from HOTM. A hazed deep orange coloured pour with a steadfast creamy off white head. Aroma is nice gooey banana bread, spicy clove, creamy wheat, Flavour is composed of rounded wheat, orange rind, banana bread, spicy finish, light rusty penny. Palate is spicy prickly carbonation, abrasive. Decent.

Bottle at home picked up from HOTM. A hazed deep oranage coloured pour with a beige froth that fades. Aroma is nice, bubble gum, toasted wheat, hint of toffee, orange twist, gooey banna bread. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, hint of toffee, bubblegum, toasted wheat, light vanilla, spicy hop in the finish. Really nice calssic hefe ueast profile, spicy finish. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, prickly carbonation, Nice characterful Hefe.

Aroma is semi sweet, nutty malts, ceral, green apple, fairly subdued, light alcohol, Flavour is composed of semi sweet, rounded, green cereal, warming alcohol, light alcohol bite, light grassy hop, wet grass, Solid boost. Palate is semi sweet, semi crisp, moderate highish carbonation. Drinks really easy for the abv.

Bottle at home picked up from hotm. A crystal clear pale yellow gold coloured pour with a lasting white froth. Aroma is semi sweet, green apple esters, classic German lager. Green cereal grains., nutty. Super crisp. Palate is super crisp, light tang, highish spritzy carbonation. Flavour is composed crisp and light earthy cereal, cracker, spicy Nobel hop, maybe a little thin, some green apple notes. Does down well.
