Can at home picked up from HOTM. A mostly clear deep rich amber orange coloured pour with lasting rocky off white head. Aroma is semi sweet, vienna malts, toasted malts, leafy hop, cut grass. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, rich layered malts, toasted bread, big assertive grassy hop bitterness, green liquorice, resin. Palate is semi sweet, rounded and full, resin, grass, moderate carbonation. Really good.

Aroma is semi sweet, golden apple, apple curd, lightly bruised apple funk, hint of brown sugars, caramel. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, woody apple, bark , hint of brown sugars. woody tannin, drying finish.

Panda at home many thanks to Ed Danlo. A mostly clear rose gold peach coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is salty wooden barrel , vinous funk, peaty whisky notes, wine barrel mouldy staves. Flavour is composed of salty, sour grape, vinous funk, wooden barrel staves, some petal floral notes on the finish. , Palate is tart, drying, wooden tannin, drying finish, lightly oily on the tongue.

Aroma is super dry, funk dry white wine, barrel funk, dry wooden tannin, lemon rind, green notes. Flavour is composed of super dry, tannin, pithy, woody tannin, bark, spicy finish. medium dry funk, vinous funk. Palate is super dry lightly prickly, moderarate carbonation. Good.

Flavour is composed of grainy, floury wheat, tangy green apple, spicy, prickly, light vinegar prickly, drying pithy finish. Palate is dry and powdery carbonation. Decent.

Panda at home thanks to Ed Danlo. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a small bubbles. Aroma is semi sweet, golden apple, juicy, honey notes, some white sugars, brown sugars. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, crisp apples, lemon twist, mild funk, bark ,floral notes. Palate is semi sweet, crisp, light tang, moderate pithy carbonation. Nice stuff.

Flavour is composed of sour lemon, nettle, vinous funk, sharp, acidic bite, some moudly funk. Smoky peat in the finish, Palate is tangy, mild pucker, mellow carbonation. Nice complexity.

Aroma is semi sweet, hazelnut, toasted nuts, woody nuts, fruit and nut, light tang, Flavour is composed of semi sweet, oily, nutty, toasted nuts, dried fruits, raisin, fruit and nut, light tang. Palate is semi sweet, oily, mellow carbonation. Nice robust porter.
