Tap at the Dutch bar bermondsey. A opaque black brown coloured pour with a halo of tan head that fades. Aroma is semi sweet, balsamic, liquorice, woody notes, chilli crisps. Flavour is composed of semi sweet oily, cola cubes, brown sugars, sticky brown raisins, sticky fruits, malty. Malt loaf. Palate is medium sweet, sticky mellow carbonation.

Aroma is freshly cut grass, floury wheat, cucumber, green hop, flavour is composed of semi crisp, mineral, flaked wheat, cut grass, green hop, spicy grass. Palate is spicy, crisp, flaked wheat, highish carbonation.

Cask at the Victoria. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is nice green berry hop, weed, earthy grains, quite unique hop. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, earthy grains, nutty, straw, grassy green berry, light weed. Palate is semi sweet, light grainy, decent cask condition.

Flavour is composed of light bready grains, grass, floral citrus pear drop, delicate hedgerow hop. Light and delicate. Palate is semi crisp, good cask condition.

Cask gravity at the Villiers arms. A clear orange amber coloured pour with a decent white head. Aroma is semi sweet, sweaty grains, buttered bready malts. Fennel, dusty hops, grass. Flavour is composed of semi sweet layered nutty malts, twig, fennel, firm dirty bitterness. Palate is semi sweet, rounded decent cask condition, dusty grains.
