Can from Stacks. Cloudy yellow, small, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of nectarine, pear, sherbet, orange, papaya, cheese rind, shallot, white pepper, hashish. Taste has sweetish nectarine & pear, bitter shallot & white pepper in a doughy malt body with some dank cheese notes. Peppery hops in the finish, lingering bitter citrus pith, dank hashish, some juicy stone fruit, and warming gin-like alcohol. Medium to full body, fluffy texture, soft carbonation. Nicely layered DIPA!

Bottle from Geers. Hazy yellow, thin, foamy, white head. Aroma of sorrel, hay, rhubarb, moist white pepper, marijuana, oak, unbaked bread. Taste has sour gooseberry, green apple & plum, some funky sorrel amongst lemon & lactic acid (yoghurt) notes; kept together by a bread-crusty malt body. Bitter grassy hops in the finish, offering lemon rind, hay and a touch of grapefruit. Medium body, moussy texture, average carbonation. Interesting nose, not super complex but highly drinkable.

Can from Stacks. Cloudy yellow, thin, foamy, white head. Aroma of mandarin, papaya, peach, white pepper, shallot, hashish, pine. Taste has sweetish peach & grape, bitter pine & grapefruit with slight spicy notes of shallot & scallion in a doughy malt body. Very bitter finish of peppery & resinous hops, lingering dank shallot & hashish, quite a heavy hop burn while the alcohol remains well-hidden. Medium to full body, fluffy texture, soft carbonation. It's good, but I expected a slightly smoother experience from this collab.

Can from Stacks. Hazy yellow, stable, foamy, white head. Aroma of fresh orange juice, lime, grapefruit, shallot, papaya, white pepper. Taste has sweetish orange & peach, bitter grapefruit, pine & spicy shallot in a doughy malt body. Piney & floral hops in the finish, lingering citrus pith, grapefruit and a slight hop burn, with a hint of warming gin-like alcohol. Medium to full body, fluffy texture, average carbonation. Typical modern 'East' & 'West' hybrid, quite intense, chewy almost too. Brings me right back to Jester King's farm...
