A: clear dark golden, small, foamy, off-white head.
A: wet cloth, maize, apple juice, cardboard, old herbs.
T: sweetish maize, red apple, old biscuit, wet cloth.
F: vague herbal hops, grain, yeast, cardboard.
P: light body, watery texture, soft carbonation.
Lacks some freshness to make it worthwhile for an NA.

Bottle from Slot Oostende, presumably >4 years old.
A: hazy brown, very thin, off-white head.
A: old caramel, dried plum, raisin, nougat, oxidised liqueur.
T: sweet raisin & prune, bitter tea, aniseed, caramel.
F: bitter herbal hops, liquorice, oxidised dried fruits, warming liqueur-like alcohol..
P: medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
Moreish with a nice level of oxidisation, this was well worth cellaring!

A: hazy yellow, stable, foamy, white head.
A: peach, mandarin, lime, pineapple, shallot.
T: sweetish unripe peach, mandarin, bitter citrus peel, pine.
F: floral & piney hops, juicy citrus rind.
P: medium body, fluffy texture, soft carbonation.
Solid, no-nonsense Pale Ale.

A: can.
A: chives, spring onion, pear, pepper, hashish, grapefruit, orange peel, ripe melon.
T: sweet pear & melon, sourish lime, spicy chives, biscuity malts.
F: peppery hops, grapefruit, spring onion, warming gin-like alcohol.
P: medium body, fluffy texture, average carbonation.
Quite 'chaotic' but surprisingly drinkable, refreshing even.

A: ripe nectarine, orange, papaya, dough, pineapple, white onion, chives, marijuana.
T: sweet nectarine & pineapple, dough, dank cheese & marijuana, bit peppery.
F: peppery hops, ripe yellow fruits, touch of grapefruit, onion, warming gin-like alcohol.
P: medium to full body, fluffy texture, soft carbonation.
Dangerously drinkable QIPA, delicious, even straight from the can!

Okay but forgettable.

A: pale malt, straw, bread crust, yeast.
T: sweetish pale malt, straw, white bread.
F: bitter grassy hops, yeast.
P: light to medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation.
Very neutral, too bare-bones and 'grainy'. Almost undrinkable after warming up.

A: clear amber, stable, foamy, tan head.
A: medicine, liquorice, red apple, peat, tobacco, dried plum.
T: sweet plum & red apple, bitter liquorice, peat.
F: herbal hops, dried fruits, warming peated whisky alcohol.
P: medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
Lots and lots of peat with some sweetness to balance it out.
