Dark & oily brown leather pour with minimal head. Tulip at the Palmero Beer Cellar, which is the closest selection within walking distance to our BnB.

Sweet wood, soot, black tea, sharper malt nose.
Lightly sooty, nice & moderate maple-like savory smoke that has a touch of twang & acidty. Some aspirin on the tail to make it more sessionable.

Good. This brewery is solid. I think they're too far out of town to visit.
