Ingredients: apples, cane sugar
Pounder from Press online. Had a few good ones in the past so I got a variety sixer kinda cheap.
Medium pale, clear, quick soda head.
Menthol, clay, industrial apple juice nose.
Definitely off-dry. Added malic acid. Bubblegum. Light veggie tannins, forced spritz. Industrial. Slight lemon & floral on the finish keeps it from being trash. Prefer the dry.
Okay.
Creamy, slightly acidic, vanilla, iron nose.
Woody, hard acid, white wine, malic acid, bright, medium-strong tannins. Dry citrus. Still a bit industrial but way better than the semi-dry.
Dry, thin, very forced crispy, dust. Same abv as the semi but no added sugar to ferment.
Refreshing.

Single as part of a mix from Press online. Mojito glass at home. Pale gold, very slight protein haze with a lingering ring of lace.
Lemon verbena over apple spice nose.
Big lemon honey feels with a delicate twinge of orange peel, medium-low apple tannins, apple stem, earth, citrus pith finish.
More refreshing cocktail rather then complex cider.
Semi-sweet apple acid, mellow veg, mildly tart & honeyed nose.
Moderately tannic, medium high sharpness, bright acid, prickly veggy/leafy finish that ends with good contrast; spritzy.
Kinda okay.
Pale gold, fizzy pour.
Creamy, sour berry, cheap chardonnay nose.
Very tart, sour melon, white wine, ugly ethanol.
Thin, too sharp, irritating, even for me.
Somewhat palatable but too unattractive to swig the whole can.

Hazy, dark brown cherry juice, medium tan head that lingers a bit.
Nose is macerated tart cherries, brown ale, chocolate, soft brown bread.
Twangy, tart cherry, lemon iced-tea, wood pith, watermelon rind, tiny bit of earthy spice, low volatiles, very Mai-Tai like. A cleaner, less complex Rodenbach.
Low carb, plenty acidic, no glaring oxidation, don't feel the abv, astringency on the middle to tail.
Kinda great.
