Oaky chardonnay nose, a little white pepper & green veg.
Bittersharp, crab, leafy, medium tannins, a little leathery, lemon, acidy white grape on the finish.
Runny, & smooth, built up body, lots of belly warmth in this one. A big bottle to solo.
Cheers.

Mojito glass. Hazy pale brown, suddy pour. Some gunk settling at the bottom.
Strong, incredibly perfume-y, macerated nose. It comes off like a mix of tannic grapes & sharp flowers.
Lemon, quince jam, bitter florals, apple sauce sweetness, slightly high acid. A tiny note that feels like this is still fermenting. Lingering tannins that double back on the burps.
Frothy, full bodied, strong carb, juicy, middling abv.
This is great.

Mojito glass on the porch with the neighbors. Pale, peachy, watermelon color, quick soda head splash.
Intense sour watermelon & dry grape nose. Gum & acetone in the background.
Sidra sourness over some very tart plum juiciness. Lemon/lime & lots of plum skin, a bit floral, more than a bit yeasty. Residual vinegar & acetone, more than I'd like. Bittersweet apple tannins & mellow-light funk.
Decent carb, way acidy, pretty sharp but with some lingering sweetness.
Ended up being some good fruit over a wild cider in the process of turning to vinegar. Okay.
Mojito glass at home. Shared with the neighbors.
Crazy rocket launched cork, slightly too frizzante. Lots of foam, but not a bottle bomb.
Strong bittersweet & sharp nose, lots of old cherry & leather behind fresher goldrush or something equally bright.
Taste is drier than expected, thinking it was still working in the bottle. Macerated apple, crab sharpness, leathery, lemon, old rose candies. Old oak.
Perfect piercing carb on a kinda thin body with some lingering pectin. Decent abv is bolder than I remember in years past.
Best blend in years. Slammin.

Medium-light pale gold pour with a thin but heady white wash.
Melon + grassy nose. Secondary floral that lingers.
Flavor start off floral, a bit of sweetness, earthy bite, old wood, lingering yeasty finish. Small bit of caramel. Some banana yeasties become noticable as it warms. Just a wink of astringentcy but it needs a bit more bite.
Full carb, very plush feel, texture is very soft, low acid, low abv session loves you.
Cheers.
Slammed three cans on Friday night beer chats but this last one I'l rate from my cylindrical vessel of choice, a common pint glass.
Classy pale gold pour, ample white-wash head.
Smell is veggie hops with a bit of still too fresh sulfur. Lysol alcohol nasal burn.
Sharp, earthy, lingering bitter bite, dry saltine, flour finish. Soapy. Zillicoah usually sells crispy or straight flavor, not getting either here.
Thin, nice middling acid, low co2 is a deal-breaker.
Just okay, but too expensive for what it is.
