Keto Pils from Browar Lubrow (Borcz, Poland 🇵🇱)

7.5/10 — Appearance 7 Aroma 7.5 Flavor 8 Texture 7 Overall 7.5

Unclear yellow with a foamy fluffy head. Oat flakes, lemon zest, cereal, hay, grapefruit, sourdough, metal, dry bitter hops. Hoppy zesty bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry hoppy zesty grainy bitter finish. Hands down, this is one great Pilsner, especially against the background that this is carbohydrate reduced and therefore rather experimental.

Jet black with a beige colored creamy head. Rubber, burnt malt, smoke, earthy notes, tobacco, hints of vanilla, grapefruit zest, resin. Hoppy resinous roasty bitterness, some sweetness, some umami. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry roasty resinous zesty malty bittersweet finish. I generally like India Export Porters, this one is a great example of this sub-style, very tasty and complex!
