440 ml can, as Põhjala Värske Wet Hop Lager, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5%. Nearly clear golden colour, moderate white head. Strong and pleasant aroma of Czech hops, with grassy, floral and herbal notes, pilsener malts in the background. The flavour is distinctly hoppy throughout, on a sufficient malt base. Sharpish bittering hops in the finish.

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5%. Opaque pinkish-yellow-orange colour, small white head. Aroma of lactic acid, guava and pineapple, a hint of sea water. Medium sour flavour, moderate lactic acid, distinct guava and pineapple, a hint of salt. Fairly refreshing.

500 ml bottle, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 4.1% (the cask version is 4.3%). Dark reddish brown colour, nearly black. Moderate beige head. Aroma of medium roast malts, dark bread, burnt sugar, chocolate and mild coffee. Slightly dry flavour with the same elements, and moderate earthy hops in the finish. Nice beer.

Malty flavour, slightly on the sweet side, followed by herbal hops. A faint hint of some sourish notes in the background.

330 ml slimline can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.0%, IBU 20. Very dark brown colour, nearly black. Moderate to small beige head. Aroma of medium roast malts, caramel, brittle, brown bread and burnt breadcrumbs. The flavour is malty but not too sweet, with some slight sourish notes in the background. Otherwise the same elements as the aroma, also hints of prunes, coffee and dark chocolate.
