77ships Profile - Brewver (Dev)

Lots of bars next to this one and all very full and popular on the weekend including a big terrace. We sat at the bar, very quick service. 14 taps with mostly beers from Clemery, Gallia, Mort Subite and some macro beers. Two sizes pours, slightly high prices, lots of other stuff including shot coctails, tried one not bad and well priced at 2.50 euro. Not the most exciting bar or selection but you can hit it or one of the bars next to it.

This place is not really on Google Maps and I didn’t note the exact name but it’s there alright. The address given by me is nearby, it's near the Korzinka supermarket. It’s not far from Pelikan and Vino Vodka store, same street. It’s a take-away location of Craft Brewing Company, 12 taps, prices for 0.5 liter but only sold per 1 liter take-away PET bottle with a surcharge for packaging, good prices. They had most of their range, some bottled beers too in a fridge and some snacks. Service was almost hilariously surly and disinterested, I spoke Russian curious how far English would get you.

A few level above and more luxurious than the common Vino Vodka stores, located very central, fancy looking, crammed and below street level. Huge choice of strong spirits, smaller on the snacks, found some vodkas from Uzbekistan we hadn’t seen before, mostly macro Uzbekistan beers in the fridge but we saw 2 we hadn’t seen anywhere else. Import beer selection is hugely impressive, core range of Andechs, Dochter van de Korenaar, Rochefort etc. This is luxury indeed and alcohol. Appropriately grumpy service.

Basement bar with some kind of incomprehensible British idea happening. Smoking inside, cramped and very popular, surprisingly good service and no surcharge on food, way fancier food than you would expect. Two guys were playing covers of Nirvana and it was possibly the worst renditions possible, almost hard to grasp how bad it was, they also did their take on Kino at some point and people sang along. Svarbast and Uzbekistan brewed Tuborg on tap but also a fridge with beers from Craft Brewing Company so by local standards a vast selection of local beer. It was an experience.
