Brewpub but beers seem to overlap with Beljandi with unclear connection. By the harbour, old fashioned chairs, fireplace display and quite charming. Comfy to be at, 6 beers on tap, most canned too, coffee, soda and snacks. Loads of tourists wondering in expecting a restaurant, coffee place etc. 3000 isk for flight of 4 or 3500 for 5 so very expensive, but expensive on tap too, friendly service. Beers were either diacetyl, badly brewed or underwhelming. I wanted to like it more but price / quality this is just depressing.

Quite a small alcohol monopoly store in the main strip of the town. The selection of Icelandic beer is not that big or exciting, the takeaway option of Smiðjan Brugghús is more interesting, not much else around.

Located in an exclusively by local standards slightly bigger town absolutely full of camper tourists which were also the clientele. Almost more staff than people at one point, order at the bar or by QR. When I visited all tap beers were theirs, the ones we tried were okay but uninspiring, take away on par with the alcohol monopoly store prices, but of a non-description place. Flights available and a vegan burger which I didn’t try, it’s fun to visit sure but it’s also not very exciting.

Untappd verified, massive, bright red outside, think Engeland but by way of Armenia, spacious, modern and sparkling. Good service in impeccable English, live DJ playing YouTube videos with classic rock and Devil May Cry songs. 20 taps with loads of big BE/DE/UK brands but also 379, Dahook and Dargett. Loads of imports in bottles and absolutely massive whiskey selection, definitely a more decent place than expected.

Literally an underground punk bar and concert venue, very DIY with black walls and lots of random decorations. Very interesting staff and incredibly welcoming. Check their instagram since they loads of shows, movie screenings etc. 3 beers on tap from Dahook, Andrei if I remember correctly gave us a house made liquor upon entering since it was our first time and proceeded to give us 6 shots on the house and blasted Amenra upon learning that we’re Belgian followed by putting on our recommendation Wolvennest and Burzum. Unbelievable vibes. Food available too possibly vegan. We didn’t try.

Visited twice during our stay, absolutely the best place for beer in Yerevan by far. Clean, modern and hipster aesthetic- this place is quite Russian with plenty of Russian tourists, board games available. Untappd verified, 3 taps, all Armenian and the best beers we had in Armenia including 1 from a micro brewery we didn’t see anywhere else and in best shape. Two fridges with mainly Russian imports with about half of them from Zagavor, reasonable prices too, just outstanding selection. It’s also a vegan restaurant, had Solyanka, sausage and fried beet snacks, Russian style and excellent. When paying you can roll dice’s and potentially win a discount.Absolutely outstanding and clearly very well run.
