As Le Verger de Giverny Cidre. 0.75 l bottle found and stolen from Beauvais Airport. Shared with little Dina and Marko. Clear dark golden, small off-white head. Aroma is ripe apple, apple skins, cream cheese and soft hints of spice, such as cinnamon. Flavour is sweet tannic ripe apple, moderate carbonation, sweet honey. Smooth and slightly sticky with a medium sweet finish.

Medium body, intense sourness. Lemony sourness, sour berries, hints of vinegar in the flavour. Quite refreshing, moderate sourness. Dry finish.

Sweet, sticky, oily, chocolate syrup, too sweet. Dried fruit, prunes after awhile. Full body, not too heavy, finishes sweet.
