Smooth, medium body, light creamy, quite sweet. Brown bread, caramel, dried fruit, dried berries at first, smoked cheese and roasted malt with a hint of charred wood later. Soft texture and carbonation, finishes sweet and lightly astringent with a smokey burnt aftertaste.
