Aroma is bready, a touch of butter, a touch of red apple, yeast and soft cardboard. There's a hint of green apple after awhile. Soft creamy texture, smooth, medium body. Moderate bitterness. Flavour is bready, cardboard, caramel and some fruity eaters. Dry finish.

Flavour is alcoholic, ethanol, harsh, peppery, astringent. It's like spirit was poured into the beer. Medium body, soft carbonation, smooth texture, dry finish.

A bottle shared at BJCP Judging School, Žminj. Thanks. Oily dark brown, minimal head. Aroma is nutty, chocolate, molasses, chocolate liqueur. Hints of dried fruit and almonds. Flavour is sweet molasses, nuts almonds, some warmth, some chocolate and spices. Heavy, intense, medium body, still drinkable. Sweet finish with some warmth.

As 2023 version. A bottle shared at BJCP Judging School, Žminj. Thanks. Unclear brown, oily, minimal head. Aroma is nutty, toasty at first, molasses, walnut and cocoa spread, dried fruit, oak, dates and caramel. Hints of peppery spice. A touch of toast. Slick, smooth, thick, sticky, oily, warming. Sweet, good balance. Juicy cherry and raisin sweetness. A hint of alcohol. Strong but still quite drinkable. Spicy sweet finish.
