0.33 l bottle, wax top. Shared with Ogi and Marko at the Goblet Beer Store closing party. Dark brown to black, oily. Aroma is roasty, licorice, dark chocolate, burnt and alcohol. Hints of dried fruit, prunes, molasses. Just a note of black coffee. Flavour is nutty, toffee, Nutella, prunes, blueberries. Sweet, hints of oak, vanilla and black pepper. Oversweet, smooth, full, sweet finish.

0.75 l thanks to Ogi who got it for my birthday! Shared with Marko and him. Unclear golden, small off-white head. Aroma is fruity at first, estery, stone fruit, apricot, unripe peach, tart apple, funky, acidic, some apple vinegar, hints of moderately aged cheese. Behind it white bread, apricot jam some butter and glue. Taste is moderately to heavily tart, tart rustic apple flavour, hints of apple vinegar, tart apricot, tangerine, some lemon, some sweet apples and bananas in the back. A touch of wood, chees and funky, sweaty flavour. Finishes. Dry, nicely balanced, quite light. Smooth, slightly creamy.
