Next up in our cask series is Daydream, a 4.5% American Pale Ale that combines classic with contemporary with OG Cascade pairing with Mosaic and Moutere in a unique hop combo. Expect zesty grapefruit and crushed pineapple on the nose with a touch of fresh lime on the finish.

Mosaic and Moutere drive ripe tropicals and sticky pine while Cascade adds a subtle pithy citrus finish.

(Cask at The Pocket, Islington, London, 29 May 2025) Golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, grass, lemon peel and grapefruit. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grass, lemon peel, resin, grapefruit, white bread and a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Hoppy and refreshing. Nice one.

Cask at the Southampton, London on 19th June 2025. Hazy amber with lasting off-white foam and full lacing. Fruity, hoppy aroma. Very fruity in-mouth, with citrus, berries and orchard fruits. This blend is echoed in the finish. Full bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.
