Pours pale golden with a frothy white head. Furious carbonation. Aroma of banana. Taste has pale malt, mild sweetness, some light nutmeg. Palate has muted yeast. Not bad.

Taster at brewery. Pale yellow, clear, patchy head. Faint biscuity aroma. Taste is much stronger, grainy, crackers. Crisp, clean. Good snap at the finish.

Got this can from the beer store in nashua. Vanilla yellah color. Decent kolschy with a tad of wheat like hefe feel to it. A tad of bitterness sets it off. A little bit of wheat in the background for a finish. Well behaved and civilized. Not bad, rather friendly.

Draught at Hooksett Tap, 10/13/18.
Clear, yellow-gold. Clean maybe a touch of alcohol and light mineral and wax. Bare cracker. No hop.
Light, crackery, biscuit. Dry. Light. Thin. Some texture no real sweetness. Kind of some slight alcohol or sharp ester but otherwise mindless drinking.

Can from Whole foods Bedford. Mostly clear light golden color with a tightly bubbled white head. Bready pilsner maltiness with bits of ripe fruit and hints of earth and flowers. Pretty nice kolsch

Poured from a 12 oz. can purchased at Greg & Janes, Epping, NH. Shows a clear golden color with a thin white head, that persists. Aromas of honey, straw and yeast. Taste is citrus, yeast, dried grass and does have the proper German feel to it. Light bodied. Overall, about what it should be.

From my brother: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is lightly fruity and bready. Taste is lightly sweet. Low bitterness. Pretty good for what it is.
