Amber colour, small white head. Light caramat, fruityness. Medium-bodied. Caramalt, fruityness, not the freshiest flavour. Low bitterness. Neh.

AIH205. Hazy amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is toffee, some floral, nectary and mild wooden tones. Flavour is nectar, wood, some toffee and a bit biscuity tones to it. Mild resin too.

440 ml can, as Monkey Brew Newton Pale Ale, from Vinmonopolet Sandnes Kvadrat. ABV is 5.2%. Amber to brown colour, moderate to small white head. Aroma of citric and piney hops, some caramel or crystal malts. The flavour has the same elements, dry finish with a fairly distinct resinous bitterness.

440ml ca, B#577, bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Pours a bright amber coloured body, steady white head, dotted spots on the glassware. Inviting on the nose with mid-dry hoppy fruits and pale malts. Rather well blended taste of mild caramel malts and ripe fruity hops. A piney note to a drying close. Medium bodied. Pleasing. (Tromsø, 23.09.2025).

0,44 injeksjon fra Statens seruminstitutt i Verksgata, hjemme en søndagskveld: klar gylden med fint skum som varer lenge. Furunåler, granskudd og citrusfrukter i en velsmakende maltkropp. Fin bitterhet og halvtørr avslutning med pregnant mersmak.
