50cl bottle pours a mostly clear lemon yellow with a ring of white head. Nose has lemon, some funk, neutral barrel, some peppery, some light grist, straw. Flavor is lemony, light soap, dried herbs, straw, some stale grist, a little buttery nose. Medium bodied, medium acid, tart finish.

Keg at Queen City, Burlington. Cloudy golden, small head. Oaky white currant aroma. Dry and rather slender with clean, crisp mouthfeel. Tart with some crisp wheat bread and elderflowers. Oaked white wine and light floral hops. Mid bitter finish.
