Draft from the source. Clear yellow color, thin head. Aroma is a hints of grain, honey and traces of floral hops.

Flavor shows light Belgian yeast upfront with honey and sweet bread/ biscuit body. The hops are pretty assertive in the finish. The hops are needed to tone down the sweetness. Carbonation gives a light creamy texture. Overall this is one one the best Golden/ Blond ales I have sampled in some time. This has character and that says a lot for the style.

Lovely bright dandelion flower-yellow body is topped by a foamy white head showing good retention. High clarity and plenty of carbonation.
Very hop-forward nose shows off bright citrus and plenty of floral notes. Leafy and fresh, with not too much acidity and a touch of earthiness. Light Belgian esters in the background mix with the hops to provide some tropical fruit-like notes and overall it’s quite a strong aroma for such a seemingly unassuming little beer. No alcohol noted.
Crisp in the mouth with some assertive, yet well-attenuated biscuit-like maltiness leading to the citric hoppiness and all balanced by the tight carbonation giving a nearly creamy palate. Plentiful esters add depth, but it’s not chalk full of them; they obviously didnt just let this thing rip through primary. A touch of pleasant earthiness from the yeast or hops? Very nice.
