75cl bottle shared with Soph at our eco cabin in Sorges, Dordogne. Pours a clear gold, good effervescence. Pleasing brut, a little dry, gentle medium sweet fruit with some bitter core coming through. Can tell that it lacks the depth and character of cider apples, but pleasant overall.
