Can to weizen glass.
Appearance: dark copper transparency with a two and a half fingers of fluffy foamy white head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet wheats, wet grains, some honey, pepper and lemon tartness
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a slightly sweet to tart to spicy vibe; finishes somewhat tart and peppery
Texture: light bodied, somewhat sessionable, not as smooth as I was hoping for and no wheat kick/bite anywhere, hmmmm...
Overall: seems odd for a Krystalweizen. The color should be lighter than what was shown, no bubblegum/clove and no wheat kick or bite in the feel. I say you're gonna have to go back to the drawing board on this one, Drop In.

32 oz. growler from the brewery, pours 5 hours ago. Crystal clear yellow with slow steady carbonation. Aroma is straw, fresh cut wheat and a hint of citrus.
The flavor is a near perfect match as the aromas. The English yeast does give this a different spin on the flavor. Main flavor of malted wheat with a cereal malt flavor. Hints of dusty hay. The mouthfeel has an active amount of tingle and liveliness. Finish is clean and abrupt with a slightly oily texture.
