[Cask at the Basingstoke Beer Festival.] An amber pour with a tight cream head; malty aroma with some hedgerow hops; then a classic bitter taste with some biscuity malts.

Deadication beer to Granville Bantock, who composed the sweet sounding Celtic Symphony - was born on this day. This symphony is deeper golden with a creamy head. Certainly a new age bitter, quite hoppy with hints of fruit but retaining a traditional bitterness.

Cask at society room. A clear orange amber coloured pour with a creamy off white head. Aroma is sweet, nutty dried fruit apple. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, layered malts, dried fruits jammy, grassy hop. Palate is semi sweet rounded decent cask condition.
