Světlý ležák 12° je skutečná perla z Vratislavic. Oceňují ho pivaři, milovníci dobrého pití i odborníci – zvítězil v soutěži World Beer Awards.

Pretty standard yellow colored beer, average white head. Ok smell, taste malty and grainy. Decent pilsener, but not really special.

50cl Bottle from De Bierkoning. ABV 5.2%, 4 months past BB date. Slightly hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of light bready malts, sweet, hint of plastic, light grassy hops. Flavour is sweet, malty, a bit artificial, bread, nice bitter grassy finish, but it’s a bit dimmed by the sweetness. Perhaps because it’s not the freshest example. Light bodied.

Bottled. Almost clear golden, fair sized head. Grassy nose. Dry and medium bodied with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Straightforward character carried by grassy hops until a salty finish.

Draught: Poured a golden color with a large cream head. Aroma was grain and hops. Taste was crisp and clean but just edgy with hops to be interesting.
