Pours deep hazy gold into a shaker. Bright white head with good retention recedes to coat surface. Sweet caramel and resin upfront turning to dry dank resin in the lasting finish.

Can, undated (wish they’d date their cans, but hopefully that’s in the works), drunk 1/22/17.
Light chill-haze to this straw-golden beer. White head atop is large and well-retained.
Fruity and lightly juicy hops in the nose show lemon, mango, pineapple, red grapefruit as well as fresh grass and pepper. Malts give just a hint of honey with light, pleasant cereal and dry grain notes. It works well together, in spite of the dryness, as it ends up being highly crisp and bright, with just enough malt and juiciness to even things out. No resin, flaw or alcohol.
Malty and yet nicely attenuated, with soft, honey-filled textures, light sweetness and good balance for the crisp, bright, clean hop notes that range from fresh grass and peppery herbs, to lemon, red grapefruit and very light pineapple. Bitterness crescendos on the finish and it’s certainly got a kick to it, but I love where the abv is at and the beer is masterfully well-constructed and polished, with no sloppy resin or scratchy malt, nor flaw or alcohol. Really enjoying Bunker, glad they started distributing to Mass.
