19oz stein at Whippoorwill. Made with pecan wood. Clear, pale gold, creamy, lingering head. Weak sweet smoke, sweet grain. Taste is oaty, lemon, slight tang, significant maple smoke, wheat-y finish. Surprising acid. Probably had this before. Internet says no. Very solid.

Draught at Churchkey. Hazy yellow with a large head. Aroma of light smoked wood. Flavour is the same, light citrus on a Smokey bitter finish.

16 oz. can in a trade with Travlr, thanks Gene. Canned on 6/1/18. I’m mildly hazy golden color. Aroma and flavor is exactly what it should be. Wheat base with a slight citrus and homey hint. Smoke is not overwhelming. Yet, it makes itself known with a light lingering campfire essence. Exactly what the style is.

Can shared at a small gathering after State of Origin. Thanks Q! Pours a clearish deep gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Smoked ham, proscuitto and light grain on the nose.
