It’s a blend of three different versions of Belgian strong dark ale from Birrificio Del Ducato’s maestro, Giovanni Campari. One of them’s fermented only with Brett, the second with lactobacillius, and the third within the barrels of the red wine Brunello di Montalcino.
If you think our fantasies stopped at that, think again: we took the blend and aged it in wine barrels for three months with fresh apricot. Keep the dream alive!

On tap @ BPBW, Saturday session. The nose is amazing, mindblowing apricot, "it doesn't get any better than this" to quoute a wise man. In taste it's not that good tho, but still pretty decent, fruity and sour/tart with long fruity finish.

On tap at Foeder For Thought. Pours a hazy dark amber with small off white head. The aroma is apricot, oak, earth malt. Slick body, apricot, earth, oak, lingering sourness, very good.

Sampled from tap at BPBW 2018. Slightly hazy, dark brownish amber with an off-white head. Sweetish-malty, quite fruity and slightly sourish aroma of caramel, apricot and some oak. Minimally sweet, moderately sour, quite fruity taste of caramel, apricot, red grapes and oak, followed by a short, moderately tart, woody-dry finish. Thin to medium body, quite astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!
