E' stato proprio lui a chiederci di immaginarne una versione mediterranea, unendo la dolcezza freschissima dei fichi d'India ad un tocco di prezioso sale di Trapani, creando una Gose estiva e dall'inconfondibile atmosfera Siciliana

Hazy pale yellow with no head. Aroma and flavour have an intense mix of citric acid and sweet figs. Aftertaste switches from sweet to tangy and back again. Light saltiness on the palate throughout.

Draft at Moder Lambic Fontainas. Hazy golden yellow color white head. Earthy watermelon aroma. Taste is lightly tart melon. Tasty

Listed as Gose with figs. On tap at Hoppy Loft. Pours a water, piss yellow, no head. Nose is odd, perfume, herbs, lurking briny character, I guess MAYBE green fig is lurking. Flavor is gross, maybe pineapple fruit roll up, some lemon balm. Yeah, fake pineapple. Finishes oily and thin. Catastrophe. 6 1 5 2 7

Tap @King Arthur (Ciampino-Italy). Golden bright and quite clear, medium white foam. Nose: herbs, thyme, pretty mediterranean as the label says. Mouth is very clean, tart, prickles seeds.
