Draft sample @ BXL BeerFest 2022.

375ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with average to huge, frothy, fading, white head. Herbal-spicy, tangy aroma, a touch of white balsamico, oaky overtones. Taste is mildly tart, slightly tangy and herbal-spicy,, notes of herbs, a touch of oak, white grapes; lingering, dry finish. Watery texture, dry, minimally astringent palate, medium to fine, prickly carbonation. Rather mild, homogeneous - not bad.

Flaska från Etre Gourmete. Disig gyllengul vätska med medelhögt vitt skum. Lambikliknande på alla sätt. Kanske lite mer citrus, lite kalk, riktigt torr men ganska snäll syra. Vääääldigt försiktigt kryddad. Riktigt trevlig.

Very good, fluffy, very lightly yellowish head, fed by lively carbonated veiled ochre beer. Intense farmyard odours, lemon, wild yeasts, not unlike floormop Bretts, lemonrind, orangerind. Very lemony flavour if mild acidity; bone dry, even dry-out effect. Wild yeasts galore. Sharpish feel, some acidburn and acidthinning, Champenoise pearling. Excellent, simply excellent.
