Dieses obergärige naturtrübe Bier besticht durch seine goldgelbe, schnell bernsteinartige Farbe und das fruchtige Aroma von Banane und Nelke. Die Farbe entsteht durch den Einsatz von Weizen-, Pilsner- und Münchner-Malz. Durch die Obergärige Hefe und Warme Gärung entsteht der fruchtige Geruch nach Banane und Nelken.

On tap at Rastkeller Leipzig. Hazy orange/golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, strong banana in the nose. Wheaty, banana, cloves, moderate to strong carbonation and light spicy finish. Pleasant.

Tap at the source. Cloudy golden, white cream. Light rural hay nose. Medium chewy body, fine sparkly. Banana cream, dry spices, vanilla. Fairly drinkable.

Many thanks to Kappldav123 for this bottle. Fruity clove nose. The beer starts grainy with hints of clove. Moderate bitter, refreshing with a grainy malty body. Quite grainy bitter for a Weizen, clove there with hints of grainy banana in the back.

bottle, many thanks to kappldav123! Cloudy pale yellow, tall and creamy white head. Fruity nose and flavour with bubbleguma nd banana, slightly spicy. Smooth palate.

0,33 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! Pours out murky flat golden with a nearly three finger very creamy white head. Nice banana wheat yeast mix at the nose. Taste has dry caramel, banana, chewing gum, low orange, some clove. Getting dry in the second part with increasing wheat and banana orange fruity background. Nice one!
